[FKL][BONGO!] The Works - Live @ Bongolia (May)
The Works, who we featured in an earlier article about Bongo! has given us the goods.
Comprising of DJ Cliq, Cody, DJ Mac, WordsManifest, Figure of Speech, and MC Haq ; the crew fleshed out a performance that blends turntablism, sound-design, and sick lyrical manipulation -
Here’s the best part: FKL was there to record it.
Radzy and myself made our ways to the Loft, armed with the Hi-MD player and recorded the Works live in front of a jumping mob of bassed-up bohemians and blood-thirsty junglists.
And I can truly say - that this recording is one of the finest that we have EVER hosted on this site.
